No that wouldn't be possible more so because of the appalling narration. But it's not really an 'all in one sitting' kind of book anyway. A pdf accompaniment would have been helpful. The narrator is dreadful, his voice is monotone and dull he ruins the fascinating content of this book with his appalling lack of intonation.

I cannot listen to the end of the book because Chris Sorensen's voice is so utterly uninspiring and irritating.

I love this book so thought I would get the audible version to listen to. OMG the narrators voice makes it a painful experience. A very interesting and engaging book.

Waking the Tiger

Ideally not. He sounds too much like a computer talking for my enjoyment. Did Waking the Tiger inspire you to do anything? Got another of his books just now. A fantastic read, but not to listen to on audible, the narrators voice is not nice to listen too.

Awesome book on trauma, great for understanding the body in relation to trauma but also the mental effects exhibited from it. As a recover from childhood and adolescence life I highly recommend this book.
