Honestly,after the first day of any work out video, I'm usally so sore, that I have to wait 2 or 3 days later before trying again and most of the time I cant even make it through whole video. But I've done it everyday all the way through for the past week, which is huge for me. And once I feel like I'm gonna fall out I look and theres only 10 minutes left which in encouraging. There really is no physiological "best time" to workout though. The BEST time to workout is when you can do it consistently!
If thats the morning, DO IT DO IT! I dont think that one or two glasses of wine would hurt your diet, but just be sure to log it into myfitnesspal the morning you know you will be drinking it, that way you can account for it without going over! The nutrition guide says I should eat calories.
